The guarantee

You have 14 days from the date of purchase to request a full refund. You do not have to justify the request, and you will not be talked out of it. If the tool is not right for how you edit, that is a good enough reason.

This applies whether or not you have already downloaded and activated the plugin. A licence you have used is still refundable inside the 14-day window.

How to request a refund

Email varun@framevero.com from the address you used at checkout, with your order or receipt number. That is the whole process — there is no form and no queue.

Refunds are approved within 1 business day and returned to your original payment method. Your bank then takes its usual time to post it, typically 5–10 business days, which is outside FRAMEVERO’s control. Once a refund is issued the activation is released and the licence stops working.

Before you ask — worth one message

Most refund requests come from something fixable in minutes: an activation code that has not arrived yet, a download sitting in spam, or a Premiere version question. Tell support what went wrong first and there is a good chance it is solved the same day. If it is not, the refund still stands. Asking costs you nothing.

Cancellations

Varun MediaFlow is a one-time purchase. There is no subscription, no recurring charge and no renewal, so there is nothing to cancel. If an order has been paid but not yet delivered, tell support and it will be cancelled and refunded immediately.

What you receive

A ZIP package containing the signed Varun MediaFlow installer, a one-click install script, Adobe’s official installer tool, an illustrated Install & Activate guide, a How to Use guide, and the licence and privacy documents. Windows and macOS packages are both available — you receive the one for your system.

How delivery works

International orders. Checkout is handled by Gumroad. Immediately after payment your download link is emailed to the address you entered at checkout, and the file is also in your Gumroad library.

Orders from India. Orders are arranged directly over WhatsApp, and the download link is sent there once payment is confirmed.

Delivery is normally instant. Allow up to 15 minutes during busy periods or when a payment needs extra verification. There is no physical shipping and no delivery charge.

Your activation code is issued separately after you install the plugin and send your Installation ID. Codes are issued by a person, normally within a few hours. FRAMEVERO operates from India (IST), so a request sent late in the US or European evening may be answered the following morning IST.

If your download does not arrive

Check spam, junk and promotions first — automated delivery mail is the most common thing filtered. If it is not there within 15 minutes, email support with the address used at checkout and your order number. Access is restored the same day, and you will never be asked to pay twice.

Your purchase includes lifetime access to the current version and all future updates. Lose the file, change computer or reinstall your system, and the download is re-issued at no cost.

What is not covered

After the 14-day window refunds are at FRAMEVERO’s discretion — though genuine technical problems are always looked at, whatever the date.

MediaFlow is a workflow tool, not a stock-media library. It does not grant rights to any third-party content, and a refund cannot be issued on the basis that particular media could not be used, was removed by a platform, or was not licensed for your project. Refunds also cannot be issued for a purchase made through any channel other than the official checkout on framevero.com.

Your statutory rights

Nothing here limits rights you have under the consumer law of your own country, including any statutory right of withdrawal for digital content. Where local law gives you more than 14 days, that longer period applies.
