Final sale policy

Varun MediaFlow is a digital product with immediate file and licence delivery. Purchases are final once the product has been delivered or activated. A refund is not offered for a change of mind, failure to check compatibility before purchase, or a third-party platform changing or removing a specific media link.

This policy does not remove any non-waivable consumer right that applies in your country. If applicable law requires a refund, that law applies.

Cancellations

Varun MediaFlow is a one-time purchase. There is no subscription, recurring charge or renewal, so there is nothing to cancel.

What you receive

Both Varun MediaFlow v4.4.0 packages are included with an international purchase: one for Windows 10/11 and one for macOS 12+ on Apple Silicon or Intel. Each ZIP includes an installer and product documentation.

How delivery works

International orders. Checkout is handled by Gumroad. Immediately after payment your download link is emailed to the address you entered at checkout, and the file is also in your Gumroad library.

Orders from India. Orders are arranged directly over WhatsApp, and the download link is sent there once payment is confirmed.

Delivery is normally instant. Allow up to 15 minutes during busy periods or when a payment needs extra verification. There is no physical shipping and no delivery charge.

For an international Gumroad order, your activation code is allocated automatically and sent as a branded PDF licence certificate to the checkout email. The delivery engine retries temporary email or provider failures automatically. If the certificate is not in your inbox or spam folder within 15 minutes, contact support with the order number; never buy twice.

If your download does not arrive

Check spam, junk and promotions first. Automated delivery mail is commonly filtered. If it is not there within 15 minutes, email support with the address used at checkout and your order number. Access can be reissued, and you will never be asked to pay twice.

Access and updates follow the plan purchased: one year or lifetime. Existing lifetime purchases retain their terms. If you lose the file, change computer or reinstall your system, contact support to recover your download and check activation.

If the product does not work

Do not reinstall blindly and do not buy again. Follow the MediaFlow Fix Guide first. If the problem remains, send support the exact URL, error message, Diagnostics result, operating system and Premiere version.

Genuine activation, delivery and technical issues are investigated directly. Support can reissue files, check a licence, release an old activation or guide the correct repair.

Your statutory rights

Nothing here limits any right that cannot legally be excluded under the consumer law that applies to your purchase.
