This page explains how FRAMEVERO handles personal data for its website and products, including MediaFlow on Windows and macOS, and the order, licence-delivery and support process. Last updated: 30 October 2026.
Who we are
The data controller is Varun Mishra, sole proprietor, trading as FRAMEVERO, Jodhpur, Rajasthan 342005, India. Privacy contact: varun@framevero.com.
Product data
MediaFlow may process search terms, links and media choices that you enter so it can perform the requested workflow. Do not submit private, confidential or unauthorized material.
Activation data
One-computer activation uses a device-specific installation ID. The licensing service validates the activation code and device state. Purchase records are used to allocate the licence and provide support; activation codes are not stored in the delivery database or logs.
Orders and support
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, which is the Merchant of Record for our orders and processes your name, email, country, payment and tax details under its own privacy notice. Payments in India are processed by Razorpay. Some earlier international orders were processed by Gumroad. FRAMEVERO never sees or stores your full card details. We receive your name, email, order and payment reference so we can deliver the product, issue and activate a licence on one computer, prevent duplicate fulfilment and resolve support issues. The legal basis is performing our contract with you and our legitimate interest in preventing fraud.
Who receives data
Payment and order data is shared with Paddle.com (Merchant of Record), Razorpay and, for earlier orders, Gumroad. We also use service providers to host the website and licence server (Cloudflare) and to send email. We may share data with professional advisers, and with authorities where the law requires it. We do not sell personal data.
Accounts
You never need an account to browse or buy. If you create one on framevero.com, we store your name, email, phone number and country code, what you edit (if you pick it), whether you agreed to product emails, how you found us (campaign tags, the referring site or a creator's referral link), when you joined and when you last signed in. If you use Google sign-in, we receive your Google account ID, name and confirmed email from Google; we never see your Google password. Passwords are stored only as a salted one-way hash. A sign-in cookie keeps you signed in for up to 30 days. We use this to run your free trial, show the TextWing and MediaFlow licences bought with your confirmed email, and, only if you agreed, send product news. You can edit your details or delete your account at any time from the account page; deleting it removes your profile and sign-ins at once, while order and licence records stay as described below.
Free resources and product updates
If you request the free Premiere Sourcing Speed Pack, FRAMEVERO stores the email address you submit so it can deliver the resource and occasional MediaFlow product or price updates. You can unsubscribe at any time by emailing varun@framevero.com.
Third-party services
MediaFlow connects workflows involving third-party platforms. Those platforms operate under their own terms and privacy policies. FRAMEVERO does not control their services or policies.
Website analytics and preferences
First-party analytics records page paths, campaign tags, referring website hostname and events such as demo plays and checkout clicks. A random session identifier and offer preferences are stored for the current browser tab. Analytics respects the browser Do Not Track setting. Raw page query strings are not recorded. Cloudflare country information selects an initial pricing region; you can switch it at any time. The India purchase link opens a WhatsApp message containing the selected licence and price only when you choose to open it.
Advertising, if enabled
FRAMEVERO may display ads through Google AdSense in the future. If ads are enabled, third-party vendors including Google may use cookies to serve ads based on your visits to this site or other websites. Google and its partners may use advertising cookies to show ads based on those visits. You can opt out of personalized advertising in Google Ads Settings or learn about choices for other participating vendors at AboutAds. Where required, we will ask for consent before using advertising cookies.
How long we keep data
Order and licence records are kept for as long as your licence is active and for the period tax and accounting law requires, normally up to 8 years. Support messages are kept as long as needed to resolve the issue. Email subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe.
Security
We use HTTPS, access controls and reputable providers to protect personal data, and we limit access to what is needed to deliver and support your purchase.
Your choices
Depending on the law that applies to you, you may ask what order or support information FRAMEVERO holds about you, and request a copy, correction or deletion, subject to legitimate licensing, fraud-prevention and legal record-keeping needs. You may also complain to your local data protection authority. We reply within one month.
