This page explains the privacy approach for Varun MediaFlow on Windows and macOS and the current order, licence-delivery and support process. Last updated: 20 August 2026.
Product data
MediaFlow may process search terms, links and media choices that you enter so it can perform the requested workflow. Do not submit private, confidential or unauthorized material.
Activation data
One-computer activation uses a device-specific installation ID. The licensing service validates the activation code and device state. Purchase records are used to allocate the licence and provide support; activation codes are not stored in the delivery database or logs.
Orders and support
Gumroad processes international checkout and delivers both Windows and macOS product ZIPs. A licence provider allocates the activation code, and an email provider sends the branded certificate. India orders are currently handled on WhatsApp. Information you provide may be used to deliver the product, activate one computer, prevent duplicate fulfilment and resolve support issues.
Free resources and product updates
If you request the free Premiere Sourcing Speed Pack, FRAMEVERO stores the email address you submit so it can deliver the resource and occasional MediaFlow product or price updates. You can unsubscribe at any time by emailing varun@framevero.com.
Third-party services
MediaFlow connects workflows involving third-party platforms. Those platforms operate under their own terms and privacy policies. FRAMEVERO does not control their services or policies.
Website analytics and preferences
First-party analytics records page paths, campaign tags, referring website hostname and events such as demo plays and checkout clicks. A random session identifier and offer preferences are stored for the current browser tab. Analytics respects the browser Do Not Track setting. Raw page query strings are not recorded. Cloudflare country information selects an initial pricing region; you can switch it at any time. Coupon text is only included in the WhatsApp purchase message you choose to open.
Your choices
You may ask what order or support information FRAMEVERO holds about you and request correction or deletion where applicable, subject to legitimate licensing, fraud-prevention and legal record-keeping needs.
