Installation and activation
Follow the installation guide included with your delivery. The founding release uses a one-computer activation. If activation fails, send the displayed installation ID and a screenshot of the message to support.
When reporting an issue
- Tell us your Premiere Pro version.
- Tell us your Windows version.
- Describe what you expected and what happened.
- Include a screenshot or short screen recording when possible.
