Who you are buying from

framevero.com and FRAMEVERO products are owned and operated by Varun Mishra, sole proprietor, trading as FRAMEVERO, Jodhpur, Rajasthan, India. When you buy a licence, your contract for the software licence is with FRAMEVERO. By using this website or our software, you accept these terms.

Orders and payment

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, taxes and billing for those orders are covered by Paddle's buyer terms.

Payments made in India are processed by Razorpay. Some earlier international orders were completed on Gumroad, which handled those orders.

Prices are shown on the product page and at checkout. Current products are one-time purchases with no subscription or automatic renewal. Applicable taxes are shown at checkout.

Refunds

You can request a full refund within 15 days of purchase. See the Refund Policy. A refunded licence is deactivated.

Licence

Each licence provides personal, non-exclusive use on one computer. The current international US$20 offer and India ₹1,949 offer for MediaFlow are lifetime licences with no scheduled expiry and lifetime product updates. Existing purchases retain their original terms. To move to a new computer, contact support so the old activation can be released.

Activation

After payment you receive a licence key by email. Install the correct Windows or macOS package, open the product and paste the key. India orders may also receive their key through direct delivery support.

What you may not do

You may not use the website or software for anything unlawful, for fraud or spam, or to infringe anyone's intellectual property. You may not interfere with the security of our services, share or resell licence keys, bypass activation, reverse engineer, redistribute, resell or sublicense the product, except where applicable law expressly permits it.

Ownership

FRAMEVERO owns the software, the website and all related intellectual property. A licence gives you the right to use the software; it does not transfer ownership.

Media and platform responsibility

MediaFlow is a workflow tool, not a stock-media library and not a grant of rights to third-party content. You are responsible for ensuring that your access, download and use of any media complies with applicable law, licences and platform terms.

Independent third-party product

FRAMEVERO products are not official Adobe, YouTube, Pinterest, Instagram or Facebook products and are not endorsed by those companies. Product and platform names belong to their respective owners.

Updates, availability and support

Updates are included during the licence term. The software and website are provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation, and third-party platform changes may affect individual functions. FRAMEVERO may update its products to improve compatibility, security or reliability.

Suspension and termination

FRAMEVERO may suspend or deactivate a licence for a material breach of these terms, non-payment or a reversed payment, fraud or security risk, or repeated or serious violations such as sharing licence keys.
