MEDIAFLOW FAQ

Straight answers before and after purchase.

Pricing, compatibility, activation, workflow and support in one place.

Is MediaFlow only a downloader?+

No. It combines source search, in-panel preview, format and clip choice, Queue monitoring and direct Premiere Pro import. The workflow starts before a URL is copied and ends in the project bin.

What do I receive for US$18?+

One-computer lifetime licence, Windows and macOS packages, lifetime product updates, a branded licence PDF and direct installation or activation support.

Why does the page show US$50 crossed out?+

US$50 is the regular reference price. US$18 is the current founding international offer. In India, the current offer is ₹999 instead of ₹2,599.

Does the licence expire?+

No. The personal licence and product access are lifetime. There is no subscription.

Can I use it on Windows and Mac?+

Both installers are included. One personal licence activates one computer at a time. Support can move the activation after the old computer is released.

Which Premiere Pro versions are supported?+

Premiere Pro 2024, version 24.x, or newer on Windows 10 or 11 x64 and macOS 10.15 or newer.

What if a preview or download stops working?+

Open the Fix Guide, run Diagnostics, use Update and Repair once, reload the panel and retry one link. If the problem remains, send the exact URL and Diagnostics result to support.

Can an online platform change later?+

Yes. External platforms change access methods. MediaFlow includes remote configuration, repair paths and updated engines to reduce downtime, but no third-party tool can truthfully promise that a platform will never change.

How is the activation code delivered?+

International Gumroad orders receive the code in a branded PDF licence certificate by email. Check spam and contact support with the order number if it is not received within 15 minutes.

Are refunds available?+

Digital access, installers and a unique licence key are delivered immediately, so purchases are final. If the product does not work on a supported setup, contact support for installation and activation help.

Does MediaFlow include rights to the media I find?+

No. MediaFlow is a workflow tool, not a stock library. The editor remains responsible for using material they are allowed to access and use.
