What does MediaFlow do inside Premiere Pro?+
It combines source search, in-panel preview, format and clip choice, Queue monitoring and direct Premiere Pro import. The workflow starts with discovery and ends in the project bin.
What do I receive for US$20?+
A lifetime licence for one computer, Windows and macOS packages, lifetime product updates, a branded licence PDF and direct installation or activation support.
How do coupon codes work?+
The regular international price is US$20. Enter a valid code at Gumroad checkout to see the discounted price before payment. India has one lifetime offer at ₹1,949 through direct purchase support.
Does the licence expire?+
The current lifetime licence has no scheduled expiry. India purchases cost ₹1,949; international purchases cost US$20. Existing purchases retain their original terms. One licence activates one computer.
Can I use it on Windows and Mac?+
Both installers are included. One personal licence activates one computer at a time. Support can move the activation after the old computer is released.
Which Premiere Pro versions are supported?+
Premiere Pro 2024, version 24.x, or newer on Windows 10 or 11 x64 and macOS 12 or newer.
What's new in MediaFlow 4.4.0?+
My Library lets you browse and preview your own video, audio, image and MOGRT folders, then import assets or place them on the timeline. Stock downloads are faster, and the Mac ZIP works on both Apple Silicon and Intel.
What if a preview or download stops working?+
Open the Fix Guide, run Diagnostics, use Update and Repair once, reload the panel and retry one link. If the problem remains, send the exact URL and Diagnostics result to support.
Can an online platform change later?+
Yes. External platforms change access methods. MediaFlow includes remote configuration, repair paths and updated engines to reduce downtime, but no third-party tool can truthfully promise that a platform will never change.
How is the activation code delivered?+
International Gumroad orders receive the code in a branded PDF licence certificate by email. Check spam and contact support with the order number if it is not received within 15 minutes.
Are refunds available?+
Check the policy shown at checkout for your order. Contact support with your order details for delivery, installation or activation issues.
Does MediaFlow include rights to the media I find?+
No. MediaFlow is a workflow tool, not a stock library. The editor remains responsible for using material they are allowed to access and use.
